Rob Waller
Robin has a strong background in financial stewardship programs. His perspective and approach is not simply that of implementing a fund raising process, but rather to see a capital campaign as an exciting time in the life of a diocese or parish where members align themselves with God’s vision.

Rob's fund raising career began in 1980 when, as a priest of the Diocese of Kootenay, he was a Diocesan Director of Anglicans in Mission. He was responsible for assisting with the implementation of the $40 million National campaign for the Anglican Church of Canada in two dioceses in Western Canada (Cariboo and Kootenay). The campaign successfully raised over $56 million across Canada.

With a background in social work and counselling, Rob served as the Executive Director of the South Okanagan Counselling Service from 1984-1987. Amongst his responsibilities was the development of a new community initiative which empowered parents with skills and knowledge in the fight against teenage drug abuse. Working in association with the Kaiser Foundation, Rob assisted in developing the initiative for an educational program for young school students.

Returning to active fund raising in 1987, Rob assumed the role of Financial Development Officer for the Anglican Diocese of New Westminster. In this capacity, he developed further the diocesan-wide campaign for Stewards in Action. He initialed a comprehensive development program and was successful in the implementation of major gift and planned giving initiatives.

In June 1992, Rob started his own consulting practice work. Since then he has been directly involved in over forty Feasibility Planning Studies, Strategic Planning Studies, directed stewardship programs and capital campaigns with churches, schools, hospitals and community groups which have generated over $65 million. Although Rob works primarily in the financial development field, he is widely recognized for his group process skills in Vision Setting, Strategic Planning, Conflict Management and congregational development. Glenn Embree
Over the last twenty-five years, Glenn has brought a fresh and creative approach to many non-profit organizations by assisting them with developing their leadership, helping strategize financial and resource development and implementing strategies to help reach their desired goals. Glenn has an ability to partner with leaders and organizations to identify the best course of action and begin an startegy and course to maximize their full potential. Glenn's desire is to equip organizations with a practical, and yet strategic step by step process that will help their effectiveness. Whether it be in the role of a consultant, coach or strategist, Glenn communicates a procedure that will fit and benefit any organization to reach and surpass their target and goals.

Josh Keller
A communications specialist in post-secondary education for over 20 years, Josh has also been an active parent volunteer and spent seven years as a Board member and Chair of an independent school. He is also involved in mission work in support of The Water Project in Tanzania, Africa where he has spent two summers as a volunteer.

Sandra Verhoeff
Sandra has her BA with a major in Art and has been working as a graphic designer for over 20 years. She enjoys taking simple Word documents and creating a beautifully-designed marketing campaign, complete with logo, stationery, booklets, brochures, bookmarks and any other print material necessary for a successful fundraising project. Because of Sandra's strong commitment to God's work, she loves to use her artistic talents to support His initiatives and His campaigns. She has been in the business long enough to know the most economical solutions; without compromising spiritually-inspired design.
